I was introduced to Aaron Willrich (Align Senior Placement) by Amanda Muenks (Case Management Nurse - Trios Health) while my father was in hospital after suffering from a fall and diagnosed with dementia.  Aaron met with the patient to help determine his placement needs.  After doing some research he found a couple of sites that would fit his needs.

While visiting each facility, he knew what questions to ask and later we discussed the best facility for my father.  Aaron’s experience and commitment gave me the confidence that the right choice was made.

After the decision was made, he interfaced with the family attorney to start the plan in motion.

I have known Aaron for several years now As my parents were aging, it was becoming more difficult for them to live independently in their home I visited a couple of retirement facilities but found myself totally unprepared to know what to look for, what questions to ask, and truthfully, how to find the time to do a thorough search for a place that would work for both my dad (who had memory issues) and my mom. Aaron makes that overwhelming process so much easier. He has worked in the senior housing space for many years with experience in assisted living, memory care and independent living.
